Admin
Sets up the technical side: connections, the plan, and people. Does not send messages to customers.
Dispatcher
In day-to-day work they can do almost the same as the owner — including approving messages to customers.
Team member
The person who does the job. They work on the jobs assigned to them.
You can have several admins and several dispatchers. Admin, dispatcher, and viewer are on Team, Early Access, and Business. Team and Early Access have up to five people. Solo and Trial are the owner only.
